The useful points.
- A short description is enough to start an enquiry.
- Current drawings and known dimensions help establish the arrangement.
- Vekt reviews missing information before agreeing paid work.
Describe the next conversation
Who will see the result: a customer, a proposals team or people preparing for an operation? Describe what they find difficult to picture and the view or sequence that would help. A clear purpose is more useful than asking for every possible output.
Send the current references
Add available drawings, photographs, product information and your proposed method. Identify the current revision and units where known. For initial uploads, export drawings and documents to PDF and use JPG, PNG or WebP photographs. You can start without files and share more after the team reviews the enquiry.
Separate known information from assumptions
Note the dimensions or stages that are confirmed, and those still under discussion. Photographs explain appearance and context; they do not establish survey accuracy. The responsible project team reviews the technical content.
Make the references easy to reconcile
For photographs, include a wide view of the space and closer views of the details that matter. Say where each image was taken rather than relying on the viewer to infer orientation. If a drawing and a photograph disagree, flag the difference. For a proposed movement, identify the starting point, destination and any restrictions your team already knows about. This information helps us ask useful questions before modelling begins. You do not need to resolve every unknown before making an enquiry; uncertainty should be visible rather than silently turned into a precise-looking visual.
Keep ownership and review clear
Confirm you can share the references and nominate one reviewer for consolidated feedback. We agree the output, source material, review rounds and price before production. An initial enquiry is free and does not book work.
