Updated 14 October 2026Company maps in the private dashboard
Authorised team members can search for a business location through Google Places and choose a matching branch. Google receives the company-and-city search text. Vekt keeps the selected Place ID and a record of who confirmed it. Google addresses and coordinates are retrieved for display and are not copied into permanent CRM fields. Opening the Google map also connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Contact emails, private notes and campaign data are not included in these requests. This feature is separate from website analytics and is not session-recorded. Google handles information under its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Individual outreach links
A link prepared for a business contact may offer optional engagement tracking. If you agree, Vekt records limited actions (continuing to the site, viewing a page or video, and opening an enquiry) against that link in its private sales dashboard. The URL contains no name or email address. Links can be forwarded, so activity is not treated as verified identity. You can continue without tracking or stop it using the on-screen control. No session replay or tracking pixel is used for these links. Engagement records are retained for up to 90 days; the optional browser record expires after 30 minutes. We retain relevant business correspondence and contact records to manage enquiries, follow-ups and opt-outs. Unrelated mailbox contents and attachments are not copied into the sales dashboard.
Who we are
Vekt is a logistics visualization service in preparation for launch. ESTATIQ AI Solutions Fz LLC is the proposed operating entity; that arrangement has not yet been confirmed. The registered operator and its contact details will be added to this notice before public launch.
For questions about this preview or a privacy request, contact the Vekt team on WhatsApp at +971 52 727 1081. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. Please do not send identification documents unless we agree that they are necessary to verify a request.
What we collect
The enquiry asks for your name, email address and the type of visualization you want. Company information, project context and supporting files are optional. Files can contain drawings, site photographs and other information you choose to share. Please provide only material you have authority to share and remove unrelated personal information.
If you use client access, the sign-in service supplies a verified account identifier and email address. We use these to associate your account with your requests, messages, source files and delivered work.
The brief assistant uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie lasting 30 minutes and temporary request counters to enforce reply and usage limits. These controls store no conversation text. Expired counters are removed during later requests. The website infrastructure also receives technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request times and browser information. The enquiry service stores a token derived from the submitting IP address and date to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from any infrastructure logs.
On the public pages, and only as you choose, the site measures how it is used: the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the page that referred you, campaign parameters in the link, and approximate location and device type derived from your IP address and browser. If you accept analytics, a random visitor identifier is kept in your browser so visits can be linked over time. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the visit is still counted, but nothing is stored on your device and visits cannot be linked across days. Nothing is measured before you choose, private workspace browsing is not measured (only consented brief completion and error milestones), and the answers you type into the enquiry form are never sent to analytics. The cookies notice has the details.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to understand the proposal, respond, prepare a quote and discuss the next steps. If a project is agreed, we use the relevant material to deliver the work, manage revisions and provide client access. We also use necessary records to keep the service secure and deal with disputes or legal obligations.
Your draft answers and selected files are temporarily saved in this browser so you can return after signing in. Drafts expire when reopened after 24 hours and are removed on successful submission or when you choose Start fresh. Submitting saves the enquiry and files with Vekt. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form, and we do not sell enquiry information.
We use site analytics to see which pages, sources and campaigns bring visitors, which service examples they explore, where an enquiry stops, and which technical error categories prevent completion. With analytics consent we retain the enquiry’s source and campaign internally to group recorded revenue by acquisition source. We rely on your consent where you accept analytics; where you decline, we rely on a legitimate interest in counting visits without storing anything on your device. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of each page.
Processing an enquiry supports steps you request before a possible service agreement. Other grounds, such as necessary security interests, legal obligations or consent, depend on the activity and the law that applies. The final notice will identify the operator’s applicable legal framework and grounds before launch.
Who may handle the information
Vekt’s team and service providers may handle information as needed for the enquiry or agreed project. This preview uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, records and private files, and OpenAI’s supported sign-in service for client access. The website’s fonts are served from this site; loading them does not require a request to Google Fonts.
Site analytics is provided by PostHog (PostHog Inc.), hosted in its European Union cloud. It receives the page views, clicks, referrer, campaign parameters, IP address (used to derive approximate location) and browser details described above, and the random visitor identifier only if you accepted analytics. It is used only to measure this website, never for advertising.
When you send a message to the AI brief assistant or public FAQ guide, the conversation text (and selected services for a brief) is sent to OpenAI to prepare a reply. The public FAQ guide has no access to private requests or files. Its conversations are held in the current browser page, are not included in analytics, and are not saved as project briefs. Attachments are not sent to that assistant. AI responses may be inaccurate; the Vekt team reviews submitted briefs. You can skip the assistant and submit your description directly. Our production workflow may use OpenAI and Higgsfield tools to create or refine visual material. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically send your files to those generation tools. Material handling for commissioned work should be agreed before production, especially where a project requires confidentiality, particular data locations or restrictions on AI processing.
Provider services may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer arrangements, locations and safeguards must be confirmed for the selected production services before client work begins; this preview does not promise storage in a particular country.
Choosing WhatsApp
The direct WhatsApp link opens a short introductory message without requiring the questionnaire. If you submit the questionnaire, the WhatsApp draft includes your name, email, optional company and context, requested work, file names and enquiry reference. File contents are saved with Vekt and are not attached automatically to the WhatsApp message.
Opening the link transfers the prefilled text to WhatsApp. You review and send the message there. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy terms; avoid including sensitive information in a message or file name unless it is needed for the conversation.
Retention and protection
We use access controls to associate private requests and files with the relevant client or studio account. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so contact us before uploading material that needs special handling.
The intended retention criteria are the time needed to respond to an enquiry, complete an agreed project and any revisions, meet applicable record-keeping duties, or resolve a dispute. The final operator must approve a retention schedule and deletion process before public launch. This preview has no automatic deletion schedule; you can ask the team to remove test information.
Your choices and requests
You can leave optional fields empty, send an enquiry without files, or use the direct WhatsApp link. Name, email and a requested visualization are needed for the questionnaire so we can understand and respond to it.
Contact the team to request access to your information, correct it, ask for deletion, or raise an objection or restriction request. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have portability rights, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful reason we cannot meet a request in full.
The site does not use your enquiry to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Quotes and project discussions are reviewed by the team. If our practices change, we will update this notice and give any further notice required.
