The optional company-location tools use Google Maps Platform. Use of these features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Locations can be incomplete or out of date. Confirm the branch and appointment details with the business before a visit. A map match does not confirm a contact’s identity, buying authority or interest in Vekt.
About this website
Vekt presents logistics visualization services and provides an enquiry and client-review space. It is currently a pre-launch preview. ESTATIQ AI Solutions Fz LLC is the proposed operator, subject to confirmation. These draft website terms do not replace a signed project agreement.
Use the site lawfully and only share information you are authorised to provide. The service is intended for people able to enter business agreements and for authorised representatives of their organisations.
Free enquiries. No commitment.
Submitting an enquiry or contacting Vekt on WhatsApp is free and creates no obligation to commission work. The questionnaire does not take payment, book production or create a paid project contract.
We review your idea and discuss a tailored scope and quote. Any paid work begins only after the relevant parties accept a separate written agreement. That agreement should specify the deliverables, fees and applicable taxes, payment milestones, schedule, revisions, cancellation arrangements and usage rights. Website examples do not set a fixed price or delivery promise.
The role of the visual work
Vekt creates images, animations and environments for presentation and communication. Concept examples may use generated imagery. They are not verified site surveys, engineering calculations, approved lift plans, safety certifications or permission to carry out an operation.
AI-assisted and rendered visuals can simplify, omit or inaccurately depict geometry, dimensions, timing, equipment and site conditions. Labels and sequences must be checked against the client’s actual approved material before being used in a real project presentation.
Operational decisions, engineering verification, risk assessments, statutory approvals and site safety remain with the appropriately qualified project professionals. Any requirement for a specific level of technical accuracy must be defined in the project scope.
Your source material
You retain the rights you hold in your source material. Sharing it for an enquiry allows Vekt to review it for that enquiry; it does not give us a general right to publish it or use it for unrelated marketing.
You are responsible for having permission to share drawings, photographs, methods, trademarks and other material, including any personal information they contain. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or confidential third-party material you cannot authorise us to handle.
Tell us before sharing material that requires an NDA, restricted processing or other special handling. The agreed production workflow and any use of external generation services should reflect those requirements.
Deliverables and usage rights
The project agreement determines the final deliverables, review process, permitted uses, editable or source-file handover and any transfer or licence of rights. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of Vekt’s website, studio concepts, methods or existing materials.
Third-party assets, software and generated content may be subject to additional terms. Exclusive rights cannot be assumed for every AI-generated element. Any licensing requirements should be agreed before production.
Client names, testimonials and project material will only be presented as approved client work with the relevant permission. Studio demonstrations are identified separately.
Client access and availability
Keep your sign-in account secure and use only the requests and files you are authorised to access. Notify the team if you believe someone has accessed your project without permission. Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse.
The website and external services may be interrupted or changed. Keep your own copies of important source material and delivered work; the client space is not an indefinite archival or backup commitment unless that service is agreed separately.
External services and personal data
WhatsApp, the sign-in service and other linked services operate under their own terms. Vekt does not control their availability or policies. You choose whether to open them and send a message.
The privacy policy explains the information handled by this website and its enquiry workflow. The cookies notice describes storage, sign-in and third-party resources used by this preview.
Responsibility and disputes
No term excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Project-specific responsibilities, remedies and any lawful liability limits belong in the written project agreement.
Contact the team first if something needs to be resolved. The legal operator, applicable law and dispute forum will be confirmed in the final terms and any project agreement before paid work begins. This draft does not impose an unconfirmed governing law or court.
These notices may be updated as the service is prepared for launch. An existing project agreement is not changed simply because the website copy changes.
