01

What does Vekt do?

Vekt creates 3D logistics visualizations, warehouse environments, layout images and operation animations. The studio uses drawings, site photographs and the proposed method to make a project easier to present and discuss.

02

What do I need to send for an initial quote?

Choose the outputs you need, add a short project description and review your brief. Attachments and company information are optional. Sign in to submit it to your workspace, or contact the studio directly on WhatsApp. Current drawings, site photos and a proposed sequence help us understand a more developed brief.

03

Is the initial enquiry free?

Yes. The initial enquiry and tailored quote are free and carry no obligation to commission work. The form does not take payment or book production. Scope, fees and any paid work are agreed separately.

04

Can I contact Vekt without completing the questionnaire?

Yes. Message Vekt directly on WhatsApp at +971 52 727 1081. The direct link opens an introductory message; you can explain your idea in the conversation without submitting the questionnaire.

05

Which files can I attach to an enquiry?

The enquiry accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP files. You can attach up to five files, with a maximum of 10 MB per file and 20 MB in total. Export drawings to a readable PDF for the enquiry. Native CAD, Revit, ZIP and DOCX files are not accepted by this upload. Files are optional; discuss other source material with the studio.

06

Can photographs be turned into an explorable 3D environment?

Photographs can help establish appearance and context, while drawings and confirmed dimensions help define the arrangement. Depending on the agreed scope, Vekt can create an environment or interactive model from that material. Photographs alone do not establish verified dimensions or survey accuracy.

07

How is a project priced, and how long does it take?

Pricing and timing depend on the source material, scene complexity, number of views, animation length and review requirements. We target a first draft in as little as 24 hours for agreed small scopes, from a confirmed production start with complete inputs. Larger projects follow an agreed schedule. Timeline ranges are indicative; your tailored quote confirms the scope, price and milestones.

08

Are the visuals an approved method statement or engineering plan?

No. Vekt’s visuals communicate a proposal. They do not provide engineering calculations, safety certification or operational approval. If labels follow a method statement, the project team must provide and validate that source. Technical checks and approvals remain with qualified project professionals.

09

How do clients review the results?

Client access brings requests and delivered files into a private project space. Depending on the agreed deliverables, clients can review images, play videos, read PDFs and explore supported 3D models in line.

10

Are the examples on this website completed client projects?

The current logistics campus and sequence examples are generated studio demonstrations. They show presentation formats and are clearly labelled as illustrative concepts. A client case study and testimonial will only be added from supplied, approved project material.

11

What is the difference between an animation and a walkable environment?

An animation follows a chosen sequence and camera route. A walkable environment lets a viewer move through a prepared 3D scene, with navigation and inspection features agreed in advance. Interactive builds, device support and hosting are scoped separately; they are not automatically included with a video.

12

Can I start without complete drawings?

Yes. Explain what you know and what is missing. The studio can discuss a smaller initial scope, but any assumptions must be visible and agreed. Photographs or generated imagery cannot substitute for verified measurements.

13

Can I see the workspace before signing in?

Yes. The public client experience page links to a sample dashboard and a sample project with illustrative images. Those samples use fictional data and do not reveal another client’s work.

14

What do credits and balances in the workspace mean?

Where an agreed plan uses credits, they are service units recorded by the studio. They are not cash, a guarantee of immediate production, or the underlying AI provider’s tokens. Your quote or plan defines what is included and how additional work is handled.

15

How should I request changes to a draft?

Collect feedback into one list with image names or video timestamps, the change needed and the source that supports it. Separate factual corrections from presentation preferences. Included review rounds and additional scope are confirmed in your agreement.

16

Can the AI guide quote, approve or start my project?

No. The AI guide explains public service information. It cannot access private requests, quote a binding price, confirm capacity, approve technical work or start production. Submit a brief or contact the studio for a project-specific answer.
