Project timelines

Less waiting.
More perspective.

A useful first draft, early in the conversation. We plan the work around a clear brief and a realistic production window, with timing agreed before we start.

24h
THE FIRST LOOK

Your first draft.
As soon as tomorrow.

We target a first draft in as little as 24 hours for agreed small scopes. Eligibility depends on complete inputs, scene complexity and a confirmed studio slot.

WHEN THE CLOCK STARTS

The 24 hours run from your confirmed production start, after the scope, usable source pack and any agreed booking requirements are in place. Sending an enquiry does not start production.

A GUIDE TO PLANNING

A rhythm for every scope.

These are indicative targets, not guaranteed turnaround times. Your quote confirms the actual milestones. Final delivery ranges assume prompt, consolidated feedback and an unchanged brief.

What “first draft” means

A reviewable version of the full agreed small scope: the requested views, the proposed sequence or the key scene arrangement. Depending on the deliverable, it may use working materials, lower-resolution renders or provisional timing. It gives you something meaningful to review before the final finish.

A first draft is a visual presentation for review. It is not an approved technical specification, and final polish and agreed revisions follow separately.

What keeps the project moving

  • One current source pack, with important dimensions and revisions identified.
  • A confirmed arrangement or numbered sequence.
  • A defined set of views, formats and labels.
  • One reviewer who can return consolidated feedback.

What changes the timing

Missing references, custom equipment, a revised method or additional deliverables can change the schedule. We flag the impact and agree an updated milestone before continuing. If you have a fixed presentation date, mention it in your enquiry or WhatsApp conversation so we can assess it.
