VEKT / SERVICES

Method statement visualization.

Method statement visualization turns a supplied method into labelled images or an animation that explains the proposed stages. Vekt creates the visual companion; the responsible project team owns and validates the method itself.

For project, logistics and operations teams explaining a proposed installation, delivery, handling sequence or site activity.

Translate the sequence into a storyboard

Supply the current method revision and identify the stages that need to be explained. We map those stages to views, transitions and labels so the audience can follow the proposal. Your reviewer confirms the mapping before the scene is refined. Ambiguous instructions are raised for clarification rather than filled in as technical decisions.

Use the same names and references

Equipment identifiers, zone names and stage numbers should match the source documents. Selected callouts can draw attention to a location or change without crowding the image. If a safety control is shown, it is the control supplied by your team; the visual does not establish that it is sufficient or compliant.

Make simplified moments explicit

Presentation timing can compress an operation, but important transitions should remain understandable. Agree which stages need to be shown in full, where a pause is useful and what can be simplified. Any compressed or omitted transition that affects interpretation should be identified. The film’s duration does not establish the real operation’s duration.

Review against the current method

A nominated project reviewer checks stage order, labels, equipment and arrangement against the agreed document revision. If the method changes, the associated scenes and references need review too. Vekt provides a visual explanation, not method-statement authorship, an engineered lift plan, a risk assessment or operational approval.

What can be delivered?

  • A labelled animation of the agreed stages
  • Selected stage images with matching document references
  • A PDF visual companion when included in scope

The final formats, quantity of views and review rounds are agreed in the tailored quote.

What should you send?

  • The current method statement or a numbered proposed sequence
  • Drawings, equipment references and relevant site photographs
  • Required stage names, document references and labels
  • A nominated reviewer responsible for confirming the method

You can start with a short enquiry and share supporting material later. The initial enquiry is free and does not book production.
