Make the work easy to use.
The right delivery format depends on where the presentation needs to work: an email, a meeting, a website or a live walkthrough. Agree that destination before final export.
Review files inside the project
Open a project and browse its delivered files. Supported images, videos, PDFs and 3D models can be viewed in line where that media is available. Files are grouped to make the relevant deliverable easier to find. The public sample is an illustration of the viewing experience, not access to a client’s work.
Choose exports for the audience
A still image is easy to place in a proposal. A video guides viewers through a fixed sequence. A supported 3D model allows changes in viewing angle. Agree dimensions, aspect ratio, video length, file types and whether source files are included. An editable scene or source model is not automatically part of every delivery.
- For a presentation, check the intended screen and playback setup.
- For a website, discuss file size and the visitor’s device.
Scope a walkable experience separately
Moving a camera around an object in a browser is different from walking through a rendered environment. A walkable experience can include selected inspection interactions and controlled demonstrations when scoped. Device support, cloud streaming, access duration and running costs need agreement. A delivered model file does not automatically include ongoing hosted access.
