Client experience / 3 min

Your project, in one place.

The workspace brings the request and the delivered work together. It gives clients a shared place to see progress and find the latest files without returning to the marketing site.

01

Find the right request

The dashboard lists your requests and their recorded status. Open a request to see its brief and available results. New brief starts the same guided process directly inside the workspace. Access is associated with your verified sign-in identity; another client’s private requests are not part of your dashboard.

  • Use the same sign-in account for continuing project work.
  • Check the project title before downloading or reviewing results.
02

Read status in context

Project status and generation activity reflect updates recorded by the studio. They are useful progress indicators, not a second-by-second view of production software. A pending generation is not a guaranteed completion time. The agreed project milestones and direct studio updates remain the basis for delivery planning.

03

Understand your plan and balance

Where a plan has been agreed, the dashboard can show its recorded allowance and available service-credit balance. Credits are service units defined by the agreement, not currency or a transferable cash balance. Plan changes and top-ups are arranged with the studio. The current workspace is not an automatic payment checkout.

  • Confirm what counts as one output or generation in your agreement.
  • Ask about additional views, revisions and hosting before expanding the scope.
04

Explore before commissioning

Use the public sample dashboard and sample project to see the interface without submitting a real brief. Sample statuses, figures and images are illustrative. The sample project currently demonstrates image delivery; additional media viewers appear when supported files are delivered to a real project.

  • Open the sample dashboard for the request-list experience.
  • Open the sample project for file browsing and image review.
