Choose the right way to show it.

Choose the format around the question your audience needs answered. A single clear view can be more useful than an elaborate experience that shows the wrong thing.

01

One object, every angle

Choose a 3D asset when the equipment or product itself is the subject: a gearbox, protective barrier, skid or module. Agree the visible details, reference dimensions and required views. A presentation model is not automatically a manufacturing-ready CAD model. Ask about editable formats and permitted reuse before commissioning it.

  • Useful for product introductions, equipment proposals and repeated presentations.
  • Supply all available sides of the object and mark details that must remain exact.
02

A space people can understand

Choose an environment render when relationships matter: racks, access points, loading bays, columns or a proposed warehouse arrangement. An overhead view establishes the layout; closer views explain important interfaces. Confirm which objects are existing, proposed or representative so viewers do not mistake a concept for a surveyed site.

  • Useful for warehouse fit-outs, yard layouts and facility proposals.
  • Supply a plan with units, key dimensions and photographs tied to locations.
03

A method people can follow

Choose a transport or operation sequence when the order of events is the point. The scope includes the scene and relevant equipment needed to show the agreed action. Numbered stages, source-based labels and considered pauses make the movement easier to follow. Routes and dimensions must come from the supplied information and be reviewed by the responsible team.

  • Useful for delivery proposals, equipment moves and explaining supplied methods.
  • Provide the method revision, start and end positions, important obstacles and stage names.
04

A place people can explore

Choose a walkable experience when viewers need to change viewpoint, inspect selected objects or discuss the scene together. An object viewer and a walkable environment are different deliverables. Agree interaction controls, supported devices, inspection features and how the experience will be accessed. A hosted live 3D session may require separate computing and hosting arrangements.

  • Useful for stakeholder walkthroughs and detailed proposal discussions.
  • Specify who will use it, on which devices, and what they should be able to inspect.
