From an idea to a proper brief.
You can build a brief before signing in. The first step is a conversation about what needs to be understood, not a payment or a production booking.
Start with references, or an idea
Add useful plans, photos or a method statement if they are ready. If not, choose Start without files. References are optional at this stage. Tell us whether the scene represents a real site or a fictional demonstration; both can be useful, but they require different assumptions and labels.
- A warehouse proposal might begin with one PDF layout.
- An equipment demonstration might start with photographs and a description.
Select the outputs
Choose one or more tiles for a 3D asset, an environment, a transport sequence or a walkable experience. Use See an example to understand the presentation style. Website examples are illustrative studio work, and an environment video is not a promise of identical interactive gameplay. The studio confirms the actual deliverable in the scope.
Explain the communication problem
Describe what the viewer should understand, who will see the work and which details deserve attention. The AI brief assistant can ask follow-up questions, or you can keep your description and go straight to review. Do not rely on its answers for engineering approval or a binding quote.
- What is moving or changing?
- What must remain visible or consistent?
- Which audience will use the output?
Review, sign in and send
Check the selected outputs, attachments and description. Continue to your workspace, sign in using the available account flow and send the reviewed brief. Existing clients can start a new brief inside the dashboard. A browser-local draft can preserve progress through sign-in for up to 24 hours; it is not a submitted request. After submission the request appears in your private workspace.
- No payment details are required for the enquiry.
- A quote and production slot are confirmed separately.
